Bibenda 2023, the guide that wasn't there, was born in 1999 to satisfy an audience of enthusiasts of good drinking and good living who, when choosing a wine, are looking not for a simple orientation but for news, data, certainties. The guide book grows over the years, with a view to giving shape to the wishes of its readers. From the outset, the Bibenda guide has been the most complete publication in the sector, with over two thousand wineries and about 27,000 wines and all their data, from type to price, to evaluation, completed by the description of the processing techniques, tasting and from the combination with food, suggested according to the school and method of the Italian Sommelier Foundation. The same methodology is applied to Grappa, extra virgin olive oil and Restaurants, the other three sections of the guide.
